Together, we will prepare for and process the information received from your meaningful experiences, then integrate it into the whole of your life- and that's where the transformation lies. I will provide a blend of caring reflection and support in order to bring my best as your coach. My techniques and perspective have been informed by a myriad of experiences as an advanced practice nurse and combat veteran, along with my own personal explorations into the many textures of a soulful and loving connection with Spirit.
