What to Expect with

Coaching + Integration

 
 

coaching is not therapy

 

If you've been to therapy before, you may be relieved to know that coaching is not therapy. Whereas psychiatry-based talk therapy is concerned with diagnosing and medically treating mental illness, coaching is a supportive relationship that provides you with an advocate as you face whatever lessons are waiting for you. Coaching is not a clinical endeavor; it's a relational one. Some refer to the coaching process as the more practical launching point towards the life you most desire. Yes, we will identify and untangle beliefs that may be hindering your progress, but that isn't the main objective. Together, we will find a frequency of connection that allows us to co-create actionable steps for you to take to achieve your lifelong goals. With the support of the right coach, your intentions and dreams can be felt more vividly and lived more completely.

the coaching process

 

1. Contact Form Sent 

2. Email Response -

Arrives 24-48 hours after receipt of the contact form with an introduction and a request to schedule the free 15-minute discovery call. 

3. 15-Minute Discovery Call -

Explore the coaching options and create a suitable path for the overarching goals. Schedule 1st session.

4. Self-Discovery Introduction + Intensive -

During this two-hour session, we will explore your goals, identify blocks that are no longer serving you and begin the process toward realizing the life you want. You can expect a deep dive into your physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual state. We will begin deconstructing your limiting beliefs and replace them with practices that bring you closer to your truest self. 

5. Coaching Sessions -

During these 1-hour sessions, we begin with a grounding exercise. By opening this way, we identify what is alive and pressing at the moment and connect it with the homework given at the end of the previous session. There is no strict schedule as we allow the energy to guide us through our time together. We will touch base with the goals we've set, celebrate the milestones and progress and adjust our course as needed. 

6. Final Coaching Session -

Although transformation takes time, my goal is to empower you to take the lessons learned into all areas of your life. The last session is similar to all other coaching sessions but focuses on closing the connection or bookmarking to pick up again in the future.
